Every chapter has a comments box at the bottom. Ask there if your question is about that specific chapter — your answer is then visible to the next reader who hits the same snag.

It lands in the shared inbox. Both Mara and Tom can see it — whichever of us is on triage that day picks it up. You'll see an auto-acknowledgement straight away.
Either the chapter link that covers your case, or a direct answer if you've found an edge our chapters haven't covered yet. Average is 6 hours; worst case 24.
If you want to go deeper after the first reply — a follow-up photo, a "but what about…" — keep replying to the same thread. We answer in the same email chain.
If your question reveals a gap in an existing chapter, it gets added to the next refresh. We credit the original question (first name + initial only, with permission).
