Disclaimer.
The standard set of caveats covering what's on this website — accuracy, third-party links, and the difference between marketing copy and the price we actually text you. Last refreshed June 2026.
1. Site content
The pages on mountmate.online are written to give you a reasonable picture of what we do and roughly what it costs. They aren't a substitute for an actual quote in the chat. The texted figure is the one that holds; the website figures are honest indications, but not contractual offers.
2. Prices & tiers
The three tiers ($189 / $289 / $389) describe where most jobs end up, not a fixed menu. Every wall is different. Your actual price is set in the chat thread after we've seen the snap.
3. Not professional advice
Anything we say about the right kind of bracket for your wall, the heat tolerance of an over-fireplace install, or whether a particular telly is safe to mount where you want it, is based on what we can see in the photo and our own experience. It isn't structural advice; if your wall is unusual, you should also speak to a structural engineer.
4. Warranty terms
The "12-month workmanship promise" and bracket warranties are described in the terms and refunds pages. The page content is a summary; the linked policies are the actual terms.
5. Third-party links & reviews
Where we link to a review site, a bracket manufacturer, or a payment provider, we're pointing to information that lives on their site. We don't control what they publish, and including a link isn't a recommendation of everything they do.
6. Mock-ups, snaps, names
Some of the visuals on this site (the example chat threads, the diary snapshot) are illustrative rather than live. Names in testimonials are real first names plus an initial, used with permission. The "live" numbers on the about page are pulled from our calendar end of each month, not in real time.
7. Trademarks
Brand names referenced in plain text (TV manufacturers, soundbar brands, mount manufacturers) remain the property of their owners. We mention them so you can tell whether the bracket we have fits your kit; we don't claim any affiliation.
8. Our liability
Nothing on this page (or anywhere on the site) limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, the limits in our terms apply.
9. Versions of this page
We refresh this page when the underlying terms change. The footer carries the version stamp; that's the canonical reference if you ever need to know which version of the terms applied to your install.
